BikeRental achieved a successful 2025 but needed a clear, scalable roadmap to expand its services and accelerate revenue growth in 2026 and beyond.

Revenable was engaged to deliver three key strategic pillars:

  • Redefining the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.

  • Productising core services for scalable, repeatable delivery.

  • Creating a robust Sales Operations financial model to justify and guide the investment in a dedicated sales resource, complete with clear targets and KPIs.
